Little Dutch offers 30 Days Free Returns. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be approved by customer service before they are sent back. Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items should be in a clean, unused, and resellable condition, with original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, inserts, and any included parts where applicable.

Unused condition

Returned items should not show signs of use, washing, wear, damage, stains, odors, or missing parts.

Please keep original packaging and included materials whenever possible, as they may be required for return review.

Please follow the instructions provided by customer service. Returns sent through another method or sent without approval may not be accepted.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will review its condition and process the refund when the return is approved.

Refund processing time is 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may also depend on your payment provider.

Exchange options may depend on product availability. If an exchange is not available, we will help review the return and refund process instead.

Final sale rules

If an item is marked final sale, clearance final sale, or non-returnable on the product page or at checkout, it may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is an issue with the item received.
